1. The OTO, aware of the economic and cultural benefits of competitive sports, will sponsor future Oriental Games competitions as a means of uniting our region.
 
2. Having agreed on the Oriental Yuan as a voluntary, inter-OTO currency, remind consenting members to adopt it in their economic profiles.
 
3. The creation of a Oriental Stock Exchange and Oriental Bank with the establishment of a new regional map.
 
4. The approval of the privately discussed merging of the Imperial and People's Party into the Harmonious Union Party, blending the goals of both previous parties with new ones including explicit support for the OTO.
 
5. Commencing the construction of the Trans-Oriental pipeline for facilitation of oil refining, along with the exploration of free trade zones specifically related to energy trading.
