Bill to Establish The Orientalium Universalis
PROPOSAL: Establishment of Orientalium Universalis
NOTING that the Orient is a scholarly region with a long and beautiful history of intellectual debate, discussion and teaching.
DISAPPOINTED that there is no organization committed to scholars and intellect.
HEREBY establishes the Orientalium Universalis, which shall be a place for nations to congregate and discuss, debate and present essays, theories and other intellectual topics.
HEREBY establishes the Chancellor of the Orientalium, whom shall be charged with the administration of the Orientalium Universalis, and shall be appointed by the National People’s Congress with a 75% majority, and shall serve until resignation, impeachment by the National People’s Congress with a 75% majority, or a period of unbroken inactivity for 20 days.
MANDATES that a forum subsection be created entitled Orientalium Universalis, and shall be moderated by the Chancellor of the Orientalium.
